Terms of ServiceShipping Details
1. Usually ships within one to two business days after payment.
2. We offer free shipping on all of our items.
3. Ships to United States only.
1. The customer may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
2. We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Damaged Product Claims:
1. Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, you may file a claim to investigate the situation.
Orders Not Received:
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot be responsible.
